Womb Blessing® lead by Miranda Gray operates http://www.wombblessing.com. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use
The EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is in force from 25 May 2018.
The GDPR provides a set of ‘digital rights’ and protections for EU citizens in terms of the data that individuals and organizations hold about them, and applies new responsibilities to those organizations on what data they can hold, how they can process and use that data, and how individuals can access or request changes to or deletion of the data held about them.
This GDPR Compliance Statement explains what data we hold, what we use it for, and the legal basis on which it is used. The statement has been prepared using the checklists in the ICO document, “Preparing for the General Data Protection Regulation – 12 Steps to Take Now” and the guidance given on the ICO website https://ico.org.uk/for-organisations/guide-to-the-general-data-protection-regulation-gdpr/, and represents our GDPR Impact Assessment.

This Compliance Statement applies to data held and processed by Miranda Gray Partnership, the members of which are Miranda Gray and Richard Gray. Both partners are aware of the impact of and responsibilities for the GDPR compliance, and have read and agreed this Compliance Statement.
Other worldwide partners and organisations with whom we work have also been made aware of this Statement, and it is available publicly on the websites mirandagray.co.uk and wombblessing.com. Additionally, links to this Statement have been sent in an email to every individual whose data we hold.

The YMLP service (www.ymlp.com) confirms its GDPR compliance in the following statement:
“As far as security and privacy by design are concerned, we have been using the standards that GDPR imposes for quite some time. For example, the data that users manage with our application has been encrypted for many years, a unsubscribe link is automatically added at the bottom of each mailing, double opt-in is the standard for newsletter registration forms and all data is constantly backed up.
Our servers and back-ups are located in the European Union and your data does not leave the EU.
We have consulted a law firm specialized in IT law to check our procedures and policies against GDPR and to refine them where necessary. The revised Terms of Service, including the processor agreement (articles 5 & 6), can be consulted and downloaded on https://www.ymlp.com/terms-of-service.html”
Records of individuals purchasing books are collected from PayPal and transferred to YMLP or sendinblue for mailing purposes.
Records of individuals attending workshops by Miranda Gray and Authorized Teachers accredited by Miranda Gray are collected by workshop organisers and supplied to Miranda Gray Partnership in order to compile and keep a list of qualifications attained and training completed by each individual.
